Who We Are

Jodie Quercia
NASM Certified Personal Trainer
NASM Certified Women’s Fitness Specialist
Certified TRX Instructor

I have been training people of all fitness levels for over six years. In 2012, I started a personal training business, Q Fitness, when my family moved to Sandy, Utah from Boise, Idaho.

I love working with clients of all abilities – especially beginners or those who are returning to exercise. I love to watch people (especially women) rediscover their inner strength as they see their bodies transform.

I got into the fitness industry to help people be healthier, happier and to ultimately improve their quality of life.  There is nothing more rewarding than having a client come to me with a huge smile on their face and ask me to run with them in their first 5K, or say that the pain in their back or joints is gone, or go on vacation and come back reporting that they hung out by the pool without wrapping themselves up in towel for the first time in years.

I’m a busy mom, wife and business owner and I stay fit and work out so I can enjoy my life and keep up with my family.

Brooke Pagano-Laulu’s
AFAA – NASM

Hi!  My name is Brooke!  I am a certified Personal Trainer through AFAA-NASM and am an avid gym goer!  I was born in Price, UT and graduated from Utah Valley University with my bachelors’ degree.  I am married and have a beautiful baby boy named Luca that is almost 1!

I have a strong passion for fitness and living a healthy life style.  With that being said, my main focus is “balance”.  I know life can throw some pretty mean curve balls, but if you have the right mindset, discipline, determination and balance you can push through anything.

I have been pretty active my whole life from soccer, t-ball and dance when I was little, to cheering in high school all 4 years. I have also completed numerous sprint triathlons, 5ks and 10ks.  And have competed in 2 NPC Fitness competitions as an adult.

I am very positive and energetic.  I am always on the go!  The struggle is real… I have always had to work hard to look and feel my best.  Working out and eating right gives me that confidence that I need to keep up with my family and to love myself no matter what.  Every person deserves to feel confident about their bodies and be able to take the world by the horns! I look forward to this journey to better health and happiness with each of you!

Annie Hennesy

I have been practicing yoga for 5 years and became certified in 2014. For me, yoga is about the inner changes and awareness. My practice is a time to put everything else on hold and connect with my inner being. The heightened attention I experience through my practice is what continues to draw me back to my mat. My passion is to share these positive effects yoga has had upon my life in hopes of continuing these positive effects among others.
