Fit in 60 – This total body workout is excellent for any fitness level. Functional strength exercises mimic daily activities that prepare you for movements performed in everyday life, such as lifting your Costco groceries into the car, chasing your kids on the playground or even running up and down the stairs. The workouts are designed to improve your muscular strength, endurance, balance, left/right body asymmetries, agility, and posture.
